Q. I want to return my purchase! What do I do?
A. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from Color Theory, you can return your item(s) within 10 days of purchase. (Returns must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging.) Merchandise returned without the original hangtag or a damaged tag may not qualify for a refund. The easiest way for you to return the merchandise is to follow the below steps on the Color Theory website.
- Go to the website and use the sign in option to sign into your account.
- Fill out your email ID used for the purchase. Even if you didn't create an account while purchasing, using the same email ID will fetch the previous order details and you will be able to sign in with an OTP to your email ID.
- Choose the item(s) you wish to return and select your reason for the return.
- The returns team will review the request and get back to you with an email confirmation within 24 hours of submission.
- Please refer to the refund policy for more information on return and exchanges.
Q. Can I exchange my order rather than returning it?
A. As a Color Theory customer you have the option of exchanging an item rather than returning it for a refund. Simply follow the below steps to make an exchange.
- Go to the website and at the footer menu of the website under service click on "Exchange Portal".
- Fill out your order number and email ID/zip/phone number used for the purchase.
- Mention the item(s) you wish to exchange. Please add your reason for the exchange and preferred size in the comments section.
- Please refer to the refund policy for more information on return and exchanges.
Q. How long does it take for a return to be processed?
A. For the vast majority of the returns, post approval it takes about 8-10 days to receive your package at our Color Theory fulfillment centre, inspect your return, process it into our inventory and initiate a refund.
