They way return request is submitted has changed at Color Theory. Please sign into your account (OTP based) using the email ID used for purchase and you will be able to choose the item you wish to return and submit a request.
For exchange requests you can use the above form to submit your request.
PLEASE NOTE : We do not provide cash refunds. For all orders, store credits / coupon code will be provided for the entire amount deducting the reverse shipping costs.

Upon submitting an exchange request, kindly allow 24 hours time to our exchange management team to get back to you with an acknowledgement to the email address provided by you in your exchange request.
